China Rare Earth Price - March 5, 2021

China rare earth price showed a strong increase in the week ended on Friday March 05, 2021 despite of deadlocked supply and demand in the market. The low-priced resources were hard to find under the situation.

From the supply side, first, due to the instability of geopolitics in various countries, the domestic import market was generally active, so the import volume was limited; second, under the control of environmental protection, rare earth mining enterprises' capacity release growth rate was slow, and it was difficult to meet demand.
