Tungsten Concentrate Gravity Separation – Crusher

After artificial beneficiation, tungsten concentrate will enter gravity separation process. Crush means crushing tungsten concentrate into same specification before it goes to the next step. This needs to be completed with crusher.

Crusher is usually used to deal with big block material, product grain size is coarse, which is bigger than 8mm. The structure feature is there exists vacancy between crusher parts, they don't contact with each other. Crusher can be divided into coarse crusher, medium crusher and fine crusher. Due to fragile property of tungsten concentrate, so crushing specification is coarse crusher.

There are four types of crusher, includes jaw crusher, cone crusher, roller crusher and impact crusher. Jaw crusher is the most widely used in tungsten mines. It has advantages of large crushing ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, reliable working statue, easy maintenance and economic operation cost.

Every drilling inserts suppliers step of tungsten concentrate gravity separation affects quality of subsequent products. If the crushed ore is too coarse or too fine, it will affects rod milling in the next step. Thus affect effect of selection. So it is vital to choose the proper crusher.
